First Time Login Instructions for New Users
To login to online banking for the first time, click the link below and enter your checking account number as the Access ID and the last 4 digits of your social security number as the Password. Note: If you are a current user of TeleBank, please use your four digit PIN as the Password. After entering these codes, you will be prompted to change both the Access ID and password. Your new Access ID must be a minimum of 8 characters. Your new password must be between 8 to 16 characters with at least two(2) numeric and two (2) alpha characters required, for example abcdefg12 or abc19283746.
During the first time login in process, you will also be asked to confirm your email address, input a pass phrase clue for your authentication image, and answer a series of three security questions. Upon completion you should be able to access your account(s). If you experience any problems, please contact customer service at any of our locations or the Electronic Banking Manager at 770-254-5825.
Remember – You will be responsible for maintaining one of the most important security measures: your password. When you establish your online banking password, be sure to keep it a secret. It is not recommended to carry your password in your purse or wallet. Ensure no one watches you enter your password and always close your browser when leaving your computer. Ensure you regularly scan your computer for viruses that could be used to capture password keystrokes. We recommend you change your password every 90 days, as the system will prompt you to do so. You ultimately hold the key to your password security.
