First Time Login Instructions for New Users
To login to online banking for the first time, click the link below and enter your checking account number as the Access ID and the last 4 digits of your social security number as the Password. Note: If you are a current user of TeleBank, please use your four digit PIN as the Password. You will be prompted to change both the Access ID and password. The new Access ID must be a minimum of 8 characters. The new password must be between 7 to 10 characters with two(2) numeric and five(5) alpha characters required. You will also be asked to confirm your email address and answer a series of security questions. Upon completion you should be able to access your account(s).
